We provide real estate valuation and consulting services for commercial properties such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Office, Investment, Mixed-Use, Multi-family Residential, and Agricultural use property types.  We also perform appraisals for residential properties such as Single-Family Homes, Strata Townhome and Apartment units, Duplexes, and Acreage Properties. 

REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS

Is a point in time, formal opinion of value for a property that is often used to assist in making a decision for mortgage lending, division of assets, taxation, determining capital gains, estate settlement, or for buying/selling a property.

Typically, whenever money is involved in a business decision that pertains to real estate, a fair market valuation performed by an accredited real estate appraiser can provide helpful insights. MARKET RENTAL STUDIES

These are stand-alone reports that assist clients in determining fair market rent for a commercial property. These reports are often used by a tenant or property owner when negotiating a lease rate or renewing a pre-existing lease at a fair market rental rate.  

PROPERTY TAX APPEAL AND CONSULTING

Property taxes are often a large expense for commercial real estate. The property information or methodology BC Assessment uses can cause over-taxation for the current and future tax years.  
   
We assist clients by performing a preliminary tax review to determine if an appeal is justified and appeal services to ensure that your property taxes are fair.
